I go to the sauna daily, but hardly anyone talks in this sauna unless I start a conversation. You know, man....people are boring unless you have a clear and compassionate Buddha heart and can see their true natures. I have ZERO interest in sports talk, which makes me pretty much of a nerd.

I go to the sauna almost every day and now I feel like I’ve never been to a REAL sauna.
You should eat more garlic though.
